The TECNICAPOMPE sprayer ORD is used for the pumping-over of the must; it allows a completely homogeneous spraying of the whole surface of the "cap" as well as a better poly-phenolic extraction and better results in terms of colour.
ORD is completely manufactured in stainless steel 304 material.
